Montessori Way School students wear school uniforms during the school year. Uniforms allow for a less distracting environment and children to experience the holistic learning that Montessori has to offer. During the school year MWS students can participate in NUTS (No Uniform To School) days. School uniforms are available at Montessori Way School during orientation and throughout the school year.
Before and After School hours are available for our Montessori Way School parents. Children may start as early as 7:30 am and stay until 6 pm. Before and After School Hours are included in the All-Day Program.
Each year, MWS offers standardized testing to our students but opting out is an option. We offer testing to provide a benchmark of growth and learning goals for parents and other institutions in the child’s life.
MWS does not provide meals to students except on special occasions, such as end-of-school or holiday celebrations. Children need to bring their own lunches to school generally. Snack is a part of practical life and is provided in some classrooms, organized by a snack sign-up and rotation
The attitudes and confidence developed during these formative years will serve the child throughout his/her lifetime.
